![]() Typically, the gameplay revolves around defeating monsters in the campaign. I believe that this is the most efficient way to play the game, as I could maximize the number of items that enemies drop after being defeated. While the game does have multiple difficulties – Normal, Nightmare, Hell, and Inferno – I always played on a difficulty where I could overcome my enemies at a relatively fast pace. I was able to defeat my enemies by brainlessly keeping my right mouse button pressed down. To my liking, the whirlwind ability was everything I expected it to be. Additionally, I have played the barbarian in Diablo III, which is an action RPG like Hero Siege, and I wanted to see if the barbarian class (and the whirlwind ability) in Hero Siege was anything like my previous experiences. This ability sounded perfect for me, as I prefer to play games with minimum effort for maximum efficiency. Moreover, the barbarian has an ability called “Whirlwind”, where he spins around swinging his weapons. He is a savage brute and relies on melee combat. I played the season feature (where all players must level up a completely new character to play with for two to three months) with the barbarian class. Rather, the focus is on upgrading the character through rare satanic items and hero levels gained from killing monsters. The objective in the game is to defeat Satan, but the actual endgame content does not depend on the story so much. The player can choose from 16 classes (with an additional class coming next patch) with unique abilities. Hero Siege is a hack and slash indie role-playing game (RPG) that was released in 2014 by Panic Art Studios.
